Hi,
I used one agent when I first started LIC insurance. From that day itself I started using online payment directly to LIC through LIC web portal. Now he is not in my contact. What should I do in this case ? I tried to find the person through LIC but the person seems no longer available. Can I have your advice ? Is an agent important to continue with LIC Policy?
Thanks, Kannan

Hi Kannan,
You can visit LIC India branch for any further service or sales related query. So do not worry about your agent.
